This Mendini by Cecilio 5-piece Junior Drum Set with Cymbals and throne is a fully functional drum set designed specifically for young drummers. It has all the same features as a full size drum, only smaller. It is perfect for the young drummers who wants the most realistic experience but is too small to play on a full size drum set.

C.O.D (Collect on Delivery): We do not offer C.O.D. Balance must be paid in full before the musical instruments are shipped.
Payment Due: Payment is expected within 5 days after the auction closes unless the payment is in the mail.

After winning an item in an auction or completing a “Buy It Now” purchase, you will have two checkout options:
Check-Out Now: When the auction closes and you are ready to complete the transaction, click on the Checkout Now button to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for an email with a checkout link.
Checkout Later: If you do not choose to Checkout Now, we will automatically send you an e-mail within one hours of the auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase. FREE shipping is eligible for most shipments to lower 48 states of USA via UPS Ground only. We ship from our warehouse in CA either on the same day or the following business days after receipt of payment. UPS guarantee ground delivery in 6 business days within lower 48 states. However, we recommend you allow 14 days for delivery especially during holiday seasons. UPS ship to physical address only. Please verify with UPS if your address is deliverable.
Outside of US 48 states: There is additional charge for orders ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands…, etc.), PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO) and international addresses, please contact us at 1-877-262-8880 for quotes before placing bids (We may use different carrier such as USPS). All shipping and handling fees do not include custom duty or local taxes.
Expedited shipping: UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select are available with additional shipping and handling fee, please also contact us for quotes before placing bids.
Restocking fee: All return items are subject to a 20% of restocking fees or reshipping and handling fee
Returned items: it is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back at their own cost regardless of reason of returns. We will refund the item price less 20% restocking fee for all returns
Undeliverable addresses / unclaimed packages / returned packages. 20% of reshipping fee will be charged to resend the merchandise
Exchange merchandise: Only the shipping and handling fee for the 1st shipment will be waived. Regular shipping and handling fee will be charged for any exchange items.
If you qualify for FREE Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you’ll be charged shipping and handling fees for those ineligible items.

Return Policy
We guarantee that all our items are as described and 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed. If a refund is desired, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must return the package in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt. If the item is purchased with free shipping, please refer to our FREE shipping terms and conditions. They are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For orders that are charged shipping and handling, we will only refund the item price less listed shipping and handling. Due to the nature of online business and the unbeatable deals we offer, restocking fees OR shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. NO EXCEPTION!!! Additionally, you will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning the merchandise. An RMA number MUST be visible on the returned package. Any package that is returned without RMA # written on the box will be refused. We recommend you insure the item and ship with reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. Packages ship by the United States Postal Service (USPS) will be refused due to the high damaging rate. If the merchandise arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a damage claim against the carrier. If your merchandise is returned in any other condition, we may refund the item price less 20% restocking fee plus less an ADDITIONAL 30% restocking fee if any of the following occurs (at our sole discretion):
The merchandise has broken parts. (Strings, bridge, tuner, bow, etc.)
The merchandise is otherwise considered non-resalable, or must be sold as “used”.
All returns must be returned to KK Music Store at the buyers’ own cost regardless of reason.

Damage/Exchange Policy
All exchanges must be returned in its original condition except damage upon arrival
Damage upon arrival: If you have received a package damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging (including the original corrugated box). We will request digital pictures of the damage item for reference, and arrange FREE replacement after we receive the pictures.
Discrepancies: If you have received incorrect merchandise or merchandise with missing parts and/or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange the FREE replacement.
Purchased a wrong item: If you have discovered that you have purchased an incorrect merchandise, color, size, or simply want to upgrade to another item, you may return it in its original packaging and condition for exchange within 15 days of receipt. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the regular shipping and handling cost. Free shipping and handling does not apply to exchange merchandise.
