We at Ezzeshop appreciate that you want your stuff fast and this is why we always endeavour
to get all items out the same day (mon – Fr before 3pm).
We use Royal Mail unless the item is really heavy in which case the item is sent via courier
Most items will arrive next day, normally 1 – 3 days
Once the item has left us, the item is in the hands of the Royal Mail and 99.9% of the time items arrive super fast and secure.
If your item is delayed please contact us to let us know and we will look into it for you.

Returns : Not happy with the item?, No problem, Just return the item to us with a note including your ebay ID and reson for return and as long as the item is in a saleable condition, we will refund you straight away.
Faulty Item: All of our items carry a full 12 month warranty.If the item becomes faulty at any time, return to us with a note including your ebay ID, nature of fault and whether you require a refund or replacement.
Are you a proper business?: Yes we are a family run business with a 3000 sq ft unit based in Cheshire with 4 employees. We are also VAT registered.
Can I Collect?: No sorry, we do not have facilities for receiving customers and taking payments etc and so we have taken the decision to stay solely as a Mail Order business.
