Item Description

This Beautiful Two Tone Ring is made out of COBALT-FREE Tungsten Carbide. It is all Black with High Polish Tungsten “White Color” Center.
Product Attributes:Due to the extreme durability of tungsten carbide, it is virtually unscratchable and will maintain an everlasting high-polish finish. It is engraved “Tungsten Carbide” for authenticity.
Manufacturing Process:Tungsten is processed with carbon and other elements and ground to a powder. The mixed powder is compressed into high pressure dies and then fired in a furnace at over 2,400 degrees F. Then the ring goes through a 30 stage precision grinding process using diamond tools. Rings with gold inlaid sections are made by grinding a groove into the center of the hard metal ring and fusing the the gold within the groove. The finishing process is unique in that diamond polishing compounds are used by skilled craftspeople and equipment to create a brilliant polish and luster that never dulls.***All orders come with Free Velvet Jewelry box***

They are the most wear resistant rings available on the planet
Tungsten is about 10 times harder than 18k gold, 5 times harder than tool steel, and 4 times harder than titanium.

Our Tungsten Carbide rings are second only to diamond on the mohs hardness scale. However, they are also similar to diamond in that they are not indestructible. Clean your ring with mild soap and water if it gets dirty. In most cases, just a soft cloth will remove most fingerprints or smudges. If you ever see little scratches, your ring has most likely come in contact with another metal object, and that metal has embedded itself onto your ring. Don’t worry! Just grab a toothbrush and use some mild detergent to scrub it off. If you try to follow these few tips, your ring should stay sparkly clean indefinitely!!

Do NOT drop or strike your ring on a hard surface like tile or granite, or handle it with a hard tool like a hammer. (Yes, we have had people try the hammer test)
Do NOT clean your tungsten carbide ring with a ultrasonic cleaner, steam cleaner or ionic cleaner.
Do NOT clean your tungsten carbide ring with chemical cleaners. This may cause spotting, which we doubt you would like.

EMERGENCY REMOVAL – Standard ring cutting tools will NOT work on tungsten carbide rings. Instead, place vice grip locking pliers over the ring and adjust the jaws to clamp lightly. Release and adjust tightener one-third turn and then clamp again. Repeat until a crack is heard, then continue clamping in different positions until the ring completely breaks away. Take care not to slide or rotate the cracked ring on the finger. If the ring contains an inlay of gold, the exposed gold can then be cut or clipped in the usual fashion.

LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY!!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS/PLEASE READ: If your Tungsten material becomes damaged, chipped, or otherwise altered through normal use, OR you need a size change, just contact us for a replacement. If your style has been discontinued, or your size is not available, you will be able to choose from any ring of equal value or closest thereto. Size replacement is limited to sizes we carry in inventory, and damage replacement does not cover intentional damage or damage to non-tungsten material (Carbon Fiber, CZ Stones, Plating, Resin, etc). $9.95 per ring will be charged to process and ship your replacement. International buyers must add our current international shipping fee as well. We must receive a copy of this warranty, a printout of your payment (from PayPal), and the ring being replaced. This agreement is non-transferable. Please be assured that your complete, 100% satisfaction is our guarantee. If at any time you feel that you have received anything less than 5 Star service, please contact us immediately. We always, always encourage open communication if you have any problems or concerns. We will do any and everything within our power to satisfy you, our valued customer.

Exchange Policy

We strongly urge you to be sure of your ring size before ordering. All of our rings use United States/Canadian ring sizing (they are the same). Beginning on the date of delivery, customers have 30 days to contact us in reference to exchanges for alternate sizes or styles. Those requests will be granted based on availability. A shipping/handling fee of $3.95 will be charged for all exchanges. This fee can be paid via PayPal. Please do not return any ring without receiving confirmation from us so that we may give you proper instructions for completing the return and can confirm the availibility of the item you are requesting. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time!

Return Policy

Beginning on the date of delivery, customers have 14 days to inspect their purchase and contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Please do not return your ring without contacting us first. Your refund will be for the bid price only. If the item you purchased offered free shipping, your refund will be for the bid price minus $3.95 per item to cover our shipping/handling costs. Refunds will be processed after agreement to cancel the transaction is completed via eBay Messages. Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are not refundable. Returned items must include all original packaging.
