Inside Ring Engraving
For an additional
$12, up to three words, names, or symbols can be engraved inside the
ring band; a six digit date (xx/xx/xx) is counted as a single word. Each
additional word, name or symbol engraved thereafter is $4 (see

Shipping Time
We are keenly
aware your ring is likely a gift needed for an upcoming special
occasion. Rest assured you are in good hands and your order will be
processed in a timely manner. Almost without exception, we ship within
hours of receiving a completed order, and always no later than the
following business day. Orders received after 12pm
Saturday PST ship the following Monday. USPS First Class mail takes on
average 2-5 business days; USPS Priority mail takes on average 2-3
business days. USPS International Priority mail takes on average 7-14
days (international Customers please see FAQ below.)

The Text To Be Engraved & The Desired Ring Size
State the text to be engraved and the desired ring size in the “Message To Yours Forevermore” box found on the Review Your Purchase page at checkout. Note: You may have to scroll down the page to find the box;
click on “Message To Yours Forevermore” found to the right of the
square yellow button and the message box will appear; after entering
your message, click “Save Message.”

If you miss the
“Message To Yours Forevermore” box during checkout, simply send us an
email containing the needed details via the eBay messaging system or the
email address associated with your PayPal account.
We will confirm
by email to the address associated with your PayPal account your desired
engraving, ring size, and the time of shipping.
Note:
Regardless of how a name is written (all lowercase, all uppercase,
etc.,) unless specifically directed otherwise, we will assume that the
first letter of names will be capitalized, and the rest lowercase.
Additional Engraving Information
On The Outside Of The Ring Band
The price of the
ring as listed on eBay includes any two names and the heart symbol
between the names on the outside of the band. Each additional word,
name, symbol, etc., engraved thereafter is $4. A six digit date
(xx/xx/xx) is counted as a single word.
Example: Samantha (heart) Johnny 10/16/06 would count as four words (one additional word), resulting in an additional charge of $4 (1 X $4.)

additional words/symbols,) resulting in an additional charge of $12 (3 X
$4)
On The Inside Of The Ring Band
For an additional
$12, up to three words, names, or symbols can be engraved inside the
ring band; a six digit date (xx/xx/xx) is counted as a single word. Each
additional word, name, or symbol engraved thereafter is $4.

Anniversary” engraved inside the band would count as two words, and the
additional charge would be the minimum $12.

Anniversary 11/23/97″ engraved inside the band would count as three
words, and the additional charge would also be the minimum $12.

five words, and the additional charge would be $20 (the minimum $12 plus
2 extra words at $4 each.)
Additional Engraving Charges Billing/Payment Process
We will confirm by email to the address associated with your PayPal account your engraving request and the additional charges. We
will then bill you through a PayPal Money Request for the additional
charges sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account.
When you receive the Money Request, follow the simple instructions from
PayPal, and PayPal will send us an automated notification of payment on
your behalf. We will confirm by email our receipt of the notification of
payment and time of shipping. If at all possible, your ring will ship
the day we receive the notification of payment for the additional
charges, and no later than the following business day.
Alternative Engraving Information
On The Outside Of The Band
The price of the
ring as listed on eBay includes any two names and the heart symbol
between the names engraved on the outside of the band.
As an alternative, any three names, words, or symbols may be substituted at no additional charge.
Example: Best Friends Forever engraved on the outside of the ring band would incur no additional charge.
Each additional
word, name, or symbol engraved thereafter on the outside of the band is
$4. A six digit date (xx/xx/xx) is counted as a single word.
Example: Joey & Kelly 10/16/06 would count as four words (one additional word), resulting in an additional charge of $4 (1 X $4.)
Example: I Love You Forever 10/24/05

The price of the
ring as listed on eBay includes any two names and the heart symbol

As an
alternative, the two names and the heart between the names can be
engraved on the inside of the ring band at no additional charge. Just be
sure to specifically request inside engraving in your engraving
request.

words, dates, or symbols engraved inside the ring band may be
substituted at no additional charge. Each additional word, name, or

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know my ring size?
The only sure way
to know a ring size, and the only way we recommend, is to have the
finger sized with a finger sizer at a jewelry store or department store
jewelry counter; the sales people there will be happy to assist you. If
it is simply logistically not possible to have the finger sized, and you
must make a guess, the most common sizes for women are 6, 7, and 8, and
for men, 9, 10, and 11.
Are men’s ring sizes different from women’s ring sizes?
No, they are not.
Can the rings be sized after they are engraved?
No, they cannot.
Does it come with a gift box?
Yes, either a white or kraft color cotton-filled two-piece gift box approximately 2.5” long, 1.5” wide, and .5” deep.
What symbols do you have other than the heart?
We have literally
hundreds of symbols; however, most contain so much detail that they
cannot be engraved legibly in the width of a 6-8mm ring band. The
symbols we do have that can be used ($4 each) are:

Do you have other fonts?
As a general rule, we strongly recommend you stick with the font as shown in the photo of the item on eBay. However,
if for some
aesthetic reason you want a certain style letter, let us know what you
have in mind before you purchase the ring and we will let you know what
we can do.
Can you send me a tracking number?
If you selected
USPS First Class or USPS Priority shipping, when your item is ready for
packaging and we print the shipping label, the USPS tracking number will
automatically appear on the Transaction Details page of the Sales
Record in your eBay account.
How does the tracking work? Why does it only say a
shipping label has been printed?
Both USPS First
Class and Priority shipping come with Delivery Confirmation, meaning
when your package is delivered, the USPS confirms the delivery through
the label tracking number (see above.) USPS Delivery Confirmation,
however, does not provide “tracking” in the sense you can follow the
real-time transit status of the package from the point of shipping.
Sometimes the USPS web page will tell you that the package has shipped,
sometimes it won’t; sometimes it will only say that the shipping label
has been printed, and to check back later for updates; this DOES NOT
mean your package has not shipped; it means your package passed through
the USPS shipping facility of origin without being electronically
scanned. Sometimes they scan them, sometimes they don’t. Why that is, we
do not know, but it has no effect on how soon you receive your package
or the Confirmation of Delivery. In terms of transit time and delivery,
the USPS is extraordinarily reliable. But the only truly reliable
authority on whether your item has actually shipped or not is us; if we
have told you your item shipped, rest assured that it has.
Is your silver real?
Yes. It is solid sterling silver, stamped .925 inside the ring band.
Does silver tarnish? Will it turn my finger green?
Ask the good folks in England who clean the Queens
silver daily (the finest silver in the world) whether silver tarnishes
or not. All real silver, including .925 Sterling Silver, tarnishes. If
it doesn’t, it is not real silver, and anyone who tells you otherwise is
either misinformed or is deliberately misleading you. The good news is
the tarnishing is not permanent. Silver can easily be cleaned with a
commercial dip cleaning solution. As for turning a finger green, a very
small percentage of people will turn both their finger and a sterling
silver ring virtually black within hours when worn. But the odds are you
will have no problem.
Does stainless steel tarnish? Will it turn my finger green?
Stainless steel
does not tarnish. It maintains it’s finish extraordinarily well. It is
hypo-allergenic, and to our knowledge, no one has ever had a problem
with stainless steel turning their finger green.

Transit Times
Because it
involves the postal and customs services of two different countries,
international transit times can be extremely unpredictable. USPS
International Priority shipping will deliver your package to you on
average in 7-14 days. For the money, we feel this service is by far the
best value for our international customers, which we provide to you at
our cost. However, please be aware that transit times of 3 weeks and
longer are possible. It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen
occasionally. This can be due to heightened states of security on
international borders, unexpected delays at customs, etc.
We are keenly
aware your purchase is likely a gift needed for an upcoming special
occasion. Rest assured we will process you order in a timely manner.
With all International Priority shipments, we walk your package into a
post office and physically hand it to a postal agent; we do not drop it
in a mail box. But even so, if your purchase is time sensitive, please
plan accordingly.
Customs Duties
Because it is the
right thing to do, the customs form required by the USPS for
international shipping will be filled out accurately and honestly.
However, because of the relatively low cost of the goods we ship
internationally, our experience has been that a customs duty being
levied is very unlikely. Please be aware, though, that as with all
international commerce, if a customs duty is levied by the destination
country, it is the responsibility of the recipient.
