Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. Can you return products if you not satisfied?· All my products come with a 12 month warrantyfrom a manufacture.· This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device is unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from warehouse, i will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or a refund.· Any returns must be discussed with me.· All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.· In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the warehouse in China are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by me.· Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.You received your item but it got broken during delivery.Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.If this has happened, please follow these steps:· If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.· If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. If the products are faulty the usual procedure is to initiate a repair immediately and confirm with me (or you) the address that the repaired goods will be sent back to.· The repaired goods are re-checked by my suppliers technicians.
