Content in the Kit

This is a complete kit. You just need to hook up the system to your machine. It includes a display meter (readout box), 3 linear glass scales, each with a 3m cable, protective covers, bracket for the display meter, T-frames, an English manual and all the other accessories for installation. If you are not sure how to install the system, please ask.

Money back warranty within 30 working days is not realistic. We are honest and make a living based on our reputation and your referece. We never play marketing tricks. Scale Length

50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 750, 800, 850, 900, 950mm/5um (1 inch equals 25.4mm), the length refers to the real travel of the linear scales.

You may choose any two glass scales in the range above (real travel from 2 inch to 37.5 inch). Please contact the seller if you need longer scales or scales with 1um or 0.5um resolutions. Longer scales are more expensive. We supply linear scales up to 2200mm/86.6″ by door to door air freight.

Content in the Kit

This is a complete kit. You just need to hook up the system to your machine. It includes a display meter (readout box), 2 linear glass scales, each with a 3m cable, scale protective covers, bracket for the display meter and scales, T-frames, an English manual and all the other accessories for installation. If you are not sure how to install the system, please ask.

Shipping

We always choose door to door express delivery (DHL, Fedex, UPS or EMS express, depending on the availability). We deliver the kit directly to your workshop. The shipping time usually takes 5 to 10 working days after cleared payment, depending on your location. For shipping to other countries, please contact the seller for details. You can also arrange the shipping yourself if you think our shipping fee is higher than yours. The weight of the package is about 10 kg, 22 pounds.

It makes sense. Shipping a 10 to 12 kg (22 to 26 lbs) package to a third place will definitely increase the cost and the extra cost will be factored into the final retail price.

Warranty

This kit carries one year international warranty. In case there is any quality problem with the DRO system, you just need to provide evidences by email. We will ship a brand new replacement to you for free within 7 working days (All our DRO parts have barcodes so that we know if the readout is really sold by us. Please don’t tear the barcodes off after receiving the package).
 
Money back warranty within 30 working days is not realistic. We are honest. We never play marketing tricks. Please call your local delivery compay and check how much it costs to pack and ship a 10 to 12kg (24 lbs) package internationally. Of course, we will also give back all your hard-earned money if you could ship back the package to us.

ProLine Carbon Fiber
Solar Auto Darkening Welding Helmet

This is the all new ProLine welding helmet, solar
powered and gets its power from the welding arc, so it turns on
automatically. They have the carbon fiber look. These helmets are
made for Arc or Stick, MIG welding, Tig welding including a plasma
cutting setting(grinding mode).
Shade Adjustment
Features a shade adjustment for light or dark settings. This feature
allows you to set the helmet to a lighter shade when welding thin
material and a darker shade for welding heavier material.

Sensitivity Adjustment
The sensitivity adjustment adjusts for ambient lighting and the arc
brightness. This will compensate when you walk outside in the bright sun
light or while Tig welding.

Adjustable Shade Delay
This is how long the
helmet takes to from the light state to the dark state. This setting
comes in handy when welding heavy material and compensates for the
bright molten metal left over after your done welding.

Plasma Cutting
Allows you to use the helmet locked in the light state (shade 4), which
gives you full UV and IR protection . Plasma cutting has a
limited arc, but still requires protection. This setting lets you see
what you are cutting while providing maximum protection.

Oxygen Acetylene Torch Cutting
This setting is perfect for torch cutting with an oxygen acetylene
torch. Offers full face protection while cutting.

Grinding Setting mode This setting you to see what you
are grinding while allowing full face protection.

Fully Adjustable Head Gearfeatures fully adjustable ratcheting headgear. Also
includes a very comfortable sweat band. The head gear allows you to
position the helmet further or closer away from your face. This feature
is only found on $400 welding helmets.
