As such, please open all packages from us upon receiving them to ensure you meet this 72 hour time-frame.
NEVER ship a package back on your own without contacting us first! ALL returns must be authorized first via our Customer Service department, who will inform you of whether an item is eligible for return and if so, an RMA number, a specific address and further instructions. If you send packages to us or our warehouses without first contacting us, you relinquish all remedies under our Damage and Defect Replacement Guarantee Program.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Almost all of our items come with an additional guarantee in the form of a Manufacturer Warranty. Most Manufacturer Warranties span from several months after purchase all the way to Lifetime warranties. Please note that some warranties are limited and cover parts and not labor, and some have other restrictions against customer misuse etc. We do not service or fulfill Manufacturer Warranties. As such, you must contact the Manufacturer directly to obtain any fulfillment of any and all Manufacturer Warranties. EVERY item has a specific “Handling Time” listed. Handling Time represents the time it takes from your payment being cleared to the item actually shipping out the warehouse door.
