Randall Phillip, aka Dr.
Randall Phillip began publishing in the early 1990s. He
produced the unapologetically misanthropic zine called F—, releasing some
eighteen issues through the mid-to-late 1990s, wherein he advocated rape and
murder. As his small zine gained notice, he was asked to contribute to a number
of larger zines including an article that appeared in Jim Goad and Debbie Goad’s
ANSWER Me! #4 (SEE MY OTHER LISTINGS),
known as “The Rape Issue”, and underground cartoonist Mike Diana’s
zine “Boiled Angel”.Randall Phillip worked for a time at the Mütter
Museum in Philadelphia, until some unpleasant liberties he had taken with
several specimens got him fired. In 1996, he joined Mike Diana on Michael Hunt
Publishing, a small publishing company started by Shane Bugbee. Randall Phillip
compiled the best of his work into a full length book titled
“Extermination Zone”. Extermination Zone was filled with shocking
images and raw writing, and he admitted being sexually abused by his father in
the very first chapter. Shortly after, he released a video called “The
Terror Tape” in which he built his case against “martians”,
minorities, women, and most of the human race. In 1997, he appeared as a
special guest at the Expo of the Extreme held in Chicago on Halloween Weekend 1997. In 1999,
he appeared at the second Expo of the Extreme held in May 1999, where he
performed live with the band The Eugenics Council, and in 2000, cut a split CD
with the noise band Rosemary Malign and the Eugenics Council. Phillip then took
an extended hiatus from publishing F—, and released a horror movie magazine
called Rabies.

Current price:

$150

HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER CLASSIC CONTEMPORARY ISSUE of VOGUE MAGAZINE for SEPTEMBER 2007- ‘THE SEPTEMBER ISSUE’ – COVER of SIENNA MILLER SHOT BY MARIO TESTINO – COVER FASHION MARCHESA CREAM STRAPLESS OSTRICH PLUM COCKTAIL DRESS!  As the movie poster for ‘The September Issue’ states:  ”fashion is religion, and this is the bible”!  Huge issue (840 pages, almost 5 pounds in weight) – this highly collectible issue of Vogue magazine is the issue (of which it’s making) is documented in the 2009 Sundance film ‘The September Issue’.  This issue is the single largest issue of a magazine ever published – “with unprecedented access, ‘The September Issue’, directed and produced by R. J. Cutler, tells the story of the legendary Vogue Editor-in-Chief ANNA WINTOUR and her larger-than-life team of editors creating the issue and ruling the world of fashion” …. great personal stories/interaction between Anna Wintour and GRACE CODDINGTON – I believe the Dvd of the film is currently available!  THE ENTIRE ISSUE IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION – and no odors whatsoever!  It would be difficult to even begin to describe the contents of this issue in the small space I have available … so, suffice it to say, if you loved ‘The September Issue’ you will love this September issue! Wonderful 22 page feature (of which the making of is documented in the film) – Sienna Miller shot in fashions in Rome – wonderful photos by Mario Testino, a sumptuous locale, and the art and direction of Anna Wintour and Fashion Editor/former model Grace Coddington!  The following feature is also documented the film – 12 wonderful color pages of model CAROLINE TRENTINI shot by Patrick Demarchelier and the artful technicians of Vogue …. following that feature are 16 pages I believe the making of were also documented in the film – fashion feature shot by Steven Meisel ‘Paris Je T’aime’ … great feature on America’s First Lady Michelle Obama with photos by Annie Leibovitz …. fascinating 8 page feature – photos/article – on contemporary makeup artist PAT MCGRATH – features her makeup paired with fashions shot by Steven Meisel!  Needless to say, alot of additional fashion, beauty, articles, Vogue departments too!  An amazing number of ads – far too many to mention – but so many are so beautifully done … I really like the fact that 90’s superstar model LINDA EVANGELISTA appears in several fashion campaign advertisements.  If you would like to add this amazing issue to your fashion library – payment should be received within 7 days of winning bid. NOTE;  PLEASE CONTACT THE POSTAL SERVICES IN EVENT ITEMS ARE LOST OR DAMAGED  - I HIGHLY SUGGEST PRIORITY MAIL TO ENSURE PROMPT DELIVERY- I AM GLAD TO PROVIDE THAT SERVICE – WILL NOT EXPEDITE INTERNATIONALLY VIA FEDEX/DHL, BUT AM GLAD TO SEND UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL – I AM HAPPY TO COMBINE SHIPPING TO SAVE YOU POSTAL DOLLARS! Thanks so much for looking!
