Why I love it:  I first bought a CARES child restraint in October 2006 for my daughter to use on our vacation and it worked perfectly!!  I felt so good knowing that she was safe.  Best of all:

I didn’t have to lug her big carseat through the airport.
It helped to keep her calm and not so fidgety during the flight since she is used to being in a 5-point harness carseat anyway. 
She could sit in any seat (window, middle, or aisle).
She had more legroom than when in her carseat (so I spent less time apologizing to the person in front of her for her kicking their seat).
What I’m offering:   The CARES seatbelt is expensive to purchase new from the Kids Fly Safe website ($74.95 plus $6.95 S/H).  Unless you travel a lot, it might not be worth the investment to purchase one for yourself.  So…rent one of mine instead!  I have quite a large inventory and have completed 2000+ rentals!  For just $13.99 plus S/H, I will send you the entire package (seat belt, instructional DVD, reference card, and carry bag) for your rental use.  Additional charges may apply if your actual travel dates are for more than 21 days.

A note about my pictures:  In the picture of my two children together, my son is 16 months old and my daughter is 3-1/2 years old.  I could not get both of them to look nicely at the camera at the same time no matter how hard I tried!!  But the picture still lets you see how the CARES restraints work in real life.  I found it helpful to use a piece of rubberized non-slip drawer liner for the kids to sit on to keep them from sliding forward on the leather seats.  You can see my son sitting on a piece of the drawer liner in this picture.  In the other five pictures, my son is 3 years old and my daughter is 5-1/4 years old.

My CARES restraints are in New / Essentially New Condition.  If you rent one and it is returned to me with damage or significant wear/tear, I will send it back to you (yours to keep) and you will be charged $81.90 (the full purchase price).  This is the same type of arrangement with most things that you rent (videos, tuxedos, etc.).
If the CARES restraint is not returned by the due date we both agree upon, I will charge you a late fee of $10 per day beyond the due date.  The due date is the date by which the returning package is to be postmarked.  (You don’t need to get the CARES to me by that date – you just need to get it to the Post Office by that date.)  Be aware that if you return the CARES restraint late, you may be making it impossible for the CARES to arrive to the next family in time for their vacation!
This is a PayPal-only transaction. 
Unfortunately, Florida residents will need to pay sales tax.
If you need me to ship the CARES immediately (within 24 hours of when you complete the transaction), there may be a $5 “rush shipping” fee to offset the unscheduled trip to the Post Office.
