Vintage crock, tan,  7 1/4″ tall, 7 1/2″ across top, good condition, no chips, no lid, great for utensil holder, large enough for mail or papers or kitchen catch all.  Hand painted by seller.  Black and white hen on front sitting in a bed of red and white geraniums, geraniums on the back and spilling over to the inside, red checks stenciled around the bottom, finish applied only to the decorative painting to keep the crock in it’s original condition, careful cleaning.  Payment due in three days.

This has held sewing items.
It is very well made and would make a great display case for a collection ie coins etc.
I doubt you will many more of this type of item, it would have been used in a sewing shop. It has a few scratches which you would associate with use and age.
The whole box is in solid mahogany.
14×10x9 ins weighs 4Kg.

All my items are fresh to the market I do no restoration and am not an antiques dealer.
I do not buy from auctions or other dealers.

I accept for dealers it is sometimes difficult to get full load together at once so I will store the items until full load is made up, you pay as you buy and I add the postage when you are ready.

As all the items in general are at least 100 years old please except there should be some wear, I offer a full money back guarantee.

If you are very new to Ebay you will receive an e mail from me if you don’t reply your bid will be removed.

Enjoy the experience, you are buying pieces of history

See my other listings for more great items!

I will accept payment in anything, but from a buyer’s point of view paypal is the safest and I would recommend it.

Postage is very difficult to estimate overseas, it depends on final price and the weight if you go to http://www.parcel2go.com/ go to quick quote put in the sizes you will get an idea.
Because its on the volume its difficult to be right untill packed if I do over charge I will refund

I will combine postage cost for bulk buyers and dealers which works out very cost effective, because volume is also a factor as well as weight, it’s difficult to estimate until packed.

I pack well, and post fast, but accidents happen and we will sort them out, we will not just leave you to sort it out and except no responsibility.

If in any doubt about post charges please contact me.

All items regardless of the final price have to go signed for there will be no exceptions.

Please check what the postage cost before you leave feed back.

Insurance is covered in the postage cost

1 x 65ml Renaissance Wax PolishThis  wax is
favoured by Bronze Sculptors  worldwide Renaissance Wax will enhance & maintain the
patina of your bronze …….also all other metals, wood, leather
etc……in fact, it’s uses are almost unlimitedFor those of
you who are not familiar with Renaissance Wax & it’s unique
qualities, I have given some information about this product belowI supply an instruction for use leaflet with every can soldRenaissance
wax polish was originally formulated in the British Museum research
laboratories in the early 1950’s, in response to a discussion amongst
museum technicians at an international conference on fine-art
conservation. In accelerated ageing tests, the British Museum
scientist found that all current commercial waxes based on the usual
natural waxes (beeswax and carnauba wax) contained acids which, in
time, could spoil original finishes on national historic collections of
furniture. He rejected them all and investigated the new so-called
‘fossil’ or microcrystalline waxes being refined out of crude oil. With
their distinct characteristics depending on their geographical origins,
the new ‘man-made’ waxes could be accurately blended to meet the needs
of many industries, from cosmetics and pharmaceuticals to heavy
engineering. Thus, the waxes combined Nature’s best qualities with the
advantages of modern technology. The blend which emerged from
that research was ‘designed’ for long term protection of all classes of
museum exhibits. At last museum technicians and others caring for
important collections could use wax polish that neither caused future
conservation problems nor detracted from the intrinsic values of their
treasures.Commercial production and distribution of the polish
was ultimately undertaken in 1968 by the London-based company Picreator
Enterprises Ltd. under its trade name ‘Renaissance’. The product was
quickly accepted in the international museum world and has become a
universally respected standard conservation material – probably the
most widely specified – because of its almost unlimited uses.Any queries, please email me at richsandy@live.co.uk or telephone 01597 829081On 15-Sep-09 at 13:30:29 BST, seller added the following information:

!!!!!BRAND NEW SHIPPING COSTS!!!!!
All US Bidders, PLEASE READ!
***In order to make shipping more efficient and ensure that our customers save the most money possible, we have come up with an all new approach to shipping charges! Instead of figuring individual shipping costs for each item with the eBay shipping calculator, items will now be categorized into 4 shipping-cost levels. Each level will have a flat rate depending on the size of the box after the item is packed. These flat rates will include full insurance, packing materials and handling costs. We employ a full time professional packer and we also purchase brand new boxes and bubble wrap to ensure your item is handled as carefully as possible. You will find that the cost you pay will most times be less than the actual cost of packing and shipping the item. This nominal cost will allow us to list more items on eBay without any reserve. As always, if you have ANY questions please feel free to contact us! RIICS Inc. ***

Level A- FREE SHIPPING
(30sq inch and smaller packages)

Level B- $10.00 flat rate
